The Trifecta

Whenever I’m struggling, I turn to what I call the Trifecta: prayer, exercise, and time in nature. These three “horses” always, eventually, pull me back to peace.

Today, I needed to double down on the Trifecta. My overactive imagination had been working overtime, drawing me into a spiral of concerns over things I couldn’t control. Anxiety—the relentless bully—was pushing me around, leaving me overwhelmed. But, as usual, the Trifecta came through, and my peace was restored.

This time, though, regaining peace wasn’t the only gift of the day.

Before lunch, God decided to chime in. What happened next felt like a series of perfectly timed coincidences—or as I like to call them, God's Breadcrumbs. It was as if He peeked into my world, holding the master plan, and whispered, “Relax, lil’ woman, I’ve got this.” (Okay, maybe God wouldn’t actually call me lil’ woman, but you already know how vivid my imagination is!)

God's Breadcrumbs didn’t just settle my heart; they filled me with renewed confidence that

All Will Be Well.

So, what about you? Are you wrestling with anything today? What strategies do you use to restore your peace? Feel free to borrow my Trifecta if you think it might help.

Sometimes, a little faith, a burst of energy, and a breath of fresh air can make all the difference.
